Apple has announced usage percentages for iOS 14 and iPadOS 14 operating systems. According to the chart, 90 percent of iPhone models released in the past 4 years run on iOS 14. For devices with Apple iPadOS 14, this percentage is 91 percent.
Technology giant Apple will hold the 2021 leg of the WWDC event, which we are eagerly awaiting tomorrow. Pending the introduction of one or two devices at this event, the company will of course show new versions of operating systems as every year.

85% of all iPhone models on the market use iOS 14
While 90 percent of iPhone devices manufactured in the past four years use iOS, 8 percent use iOS 13 and the remaining 2 percent use earlier iOS versions.
Looking at all the devices in the market, 85% of the models currently on the market are running iOS 14. While the proportion using iOS 13 is 8 percent, the percentage of devices using previous iOS versions is 7 percent.
Looking at iPadOS, we see that iPadOS 14 aligns with the success of iOS 14. According to the chart, 91 percent of iPad devices manufactured in the past four years use iPadOS 14, while 8 percent use iPadOS 13. previous iPadOS versions is only one percent.
Looking at all the devices on the market, including the past four years, we see that devices running iPadOS 14 take up 79 percent. While the number of devices using iPadOS 13 is 9 percent, the number of devices using previous generation iPadOS versions is 12 percent.
