Apple: It announced it in an email sent to the creators on Friday Apple postponed his expected Podcast subscriptions to June. The service was originally scheduled to be operational this month.
Apples Podcast subscriptions allow users to subscribe to podcasts with the option of getting additional benefits such as ad-free listening or early access to episodes. In April, Apple noted that subscriptions would start in 170 countries.
The release delay came when some creators released the Apple Podcasts service has recently encountered some issues such as not being able to sign in to Apples Podcast Connect portal or see a delay in the availability of new episodes. In the email sent to the producers on Friday that reached the Technoblog, Apple said it fixed “interruptions” that were causing problems.

Apple Podcasts subscriptions and channels are available now in June to ensure we provide the best experience for creators and listeners. Through this newsletter, we will provide more updates on eligibility and best practices to help you prepare your subscriptions and channels.
In recent weeks, some creators have experienced delays in the availability of their content and access to it Apple Podcasts Connect. We’ve addressed these issues and encouraged creators to contact us if you have any issues.
With iOS 14.6 released on Monday, we also heard from the public and made adjustments based on their feedback. We will be making additional improvements to the library in the coming weeks.
