Are You A Woman Who Can’t Work From Home During The Pandemic? We Want To Hear From You.

When people talk about it Change in work and office culture Driven by the pandemic — whether it’s returning to the office, working from home, or a combination of remote and in-person work — they often overlook a very important group: people who were never able to work from home in the first place to work from.

There are many reasons some people have continued to reach out to in-person jobs during the pandemic, and we’re interested in speaking with people — particularly women — who aren’t working from home at least some or all of the time during the pandemic could. We’d love to speak to you if you’ve had or have a job that requires face-to-face interactions, such as in hospitality, retail or healthcare, or if you’ve had or have a job that would have been possible to do remotely but for some reason you couldn’t do this.

We’d love to know how you dealt with it, how it affected your work and personal life, why you couldn’t work from home, and how it changed your relationship with work in the future. We’d also like to know if not being able to work from home has made a difference in your decision to keep working, leave the job, or find a new job.
