Sally Nugent has been announced as the new BBC Breakfast regular presenter, replacing Louise Minchin.
She said, “I am absolutely thrilled to become the new host for BBC Breakfast, bringing the nation the latest news, top entertainers, and stories that matter every week. It’s an honor to take the reins of Louise and be part of the UK’s most watched breakfast show. ”
Minchin left in September after first appearing on the station’s flagship morning show in 2001.
