Model Bella Hadid has said that most days she cries because of mental health problems.
The 25-year-old US catwalk star shared tearful pictures with her 47 million Instagram followers and revealed that she has been fighting for “a few years”.

Hadid told her to her fans “there is always light at the end of the tunnel” and “it gets better”.
She wrote, “It took me a long time to get this in my head, but I’ve had enough breakdowns and burnouts to know this: If you work hard enough on yourself, you will be spending time alone to resolve your traumas, triggers, Pleasures and Understanding Routine you will always be able to understand your own pain or learn more about it and how to deal with it.
“That’s all you can ask of yourself. However. I don’t know why, but it feels more and more difficult not to share my truth here. Thanks for seeing me and thanks for listening. I love you.”
Hadid, whose sister Gigi is also a model, has been talking about fighting severe depression and anxiety since she was a teenager.
In January, she said she had taken a break from social media to focus on improving her mental health.
