Emotional documentary on how coronavirus almost killed Kate Garraway's husband

The GMB Gift Kate Garraway exposed her husband’s struggle for survival in a devastating documentary about his fight against the coronavirus.

The 53-year-old was hospitalized in late March 2020 after symptoms of the virus.

“I’ve got to a point where I just think about it.”

For the remainder of the program, Kate admits that thousands of other families have gone through similar problems and meets those affected by Covid-19 from community nurse Orli, who is still experiencing life-changing symptoms from Long-Covid after a year, and Julie, her husband Steve did not regain consciousness after contracting the disease.
