Gunman who shot 3 men in NYC parking lot arrested, cops say

A gunman who shot three men in a Queens parking lot last month was busted this week and charged with attempted murder, authorities said Friday.

Jasiah Bruce, 24, was arrested at 11 am Thursday in connection to the Dec. 18 gunplay that broke out at a parking lot near Baisley Boulevard and Guy Brewer Boulevard in Jamaica – mood from a possible drug robbery, cops said.

The NYPD said the three victims were sitting in a white Jeep Grand Cherokee around 3:30 pm when there was a dispute with another group in a black vehicle.

The beef sparked two of the occupants of the black vehicle to get out – and then one pulled a gun and opened fire on the victims, police said.

A 29-year-old man was shot in the head, and two other men, 31 and 29, struck in the back, cops said.

All three victims were taken to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in stable condition.

Bruce was charged with three counts each of attempted murder, assault, criminal use of a firearm, criminal possession of a loaded firearm, reckless endangerment, criminal sale of cannabis and criminal possession of cannabis, authorities said.

He has seven prior arrests, authorities said.
