Hungry Bear Media’s series will follow a group of personalities in search of personalities who embark on an epic adventure of self-improvement and face a unique test of mental strength like no other under the guidance of “extreme athletes” – his icon Wim Hof, aka “The Iceman”.

Participating celebrities will face fierce and death defying challenges in Europe’s harshest conditions, on a journey of self-discovery to conquer their demons, from anxiety and insomnia to persistent health conditions.

Holly said, “I can’t wait to work with Lee and Wim on this show. Lee is a darling in our house because he’s so incredibly funny and I’ve been a long time fan of Wim – he’s a genius who is incredibly passionate about helping others. This show is going to be brilliantly entertaining and you never know … maybe you will find out some things that might help you along the way. “

There have been rumors that Holly might be leaving her role on This Morning for some time – but she has denied the claims.

“I never think like that. I feel very lucky to be on this show. The show changes so much, I think that’s the beauty of it This morning,” She said,

“It recently had the highest ratings in 15 years. It’s going really, really well, which is an extraordinary show that has been around for so long. And I think because it changes and evolves and adapts. “

She added, “But I think this show can teach us a little; as long as we keep evolving and changing and moving on and being happy to flow with things.”
