How do you tinker in Fortnite season 6?
Crafting is a new submenu that you can access by pressing up on your D-Pad while on the console or going to inventory and going to the Crafting submenu.
After inverseThis menu will show you the five items in your inventory, their possible improvements, and the resources needed to craft the better weapon or item. If you have the materials you need, you should be able to create them directly from the submenu.
You can manually update weapons from this menu. If you find certain crafting materials on the Fortnite map, you can simply interact with them and automatically update your weapon when there are enough resources. In any case, the craft blends seamlessly with Fortnite.
Most crafting options relate to weapon upgrades, but it is also possible to craft a flesh and bone hunter’s cloak that will keep animals from attacking you on sight.
If you want the hunter’s cloak, you have to find an animal like a wolf or a boar. Once it’s dead, pillage it for flesh and bone. You only need two bones and a piece of meat to make the cape.
