Last Tuesday, September 25, Instagram users reported problems with the social network in the morning and the irregularity gradually started to normalize, even during the first part of the day.
Now, less than a week later, Mark Zuckerberg’s social network is unstable again, and users are reporting problems opening the account, navigating between options, or even general glitches in the smartphone app.
The error is apparently not limited to social network users in Brazil and the Downdetector website – which monitors the operation of various services around the world – reports a “potential error” for the Argentina application and a common error for Italian users and Americans.
The anomaly apparently started around 4:50 PM when users started reporting problems accessing the service. At the time of this publication, the Down detector has already registered 285 complaints in the past 24 hours.
However, it is important to note that the error is limited to Instagram users so far and does not seem to affect other Mark Zuckerberg apps, such as Facebook, Messenger and WhatsApp, indicating that it may not be an error in the settings or general servants of the group.
It’s worth noting, however, that the bug is apparently already fixed by the time this publication hits the air.
But did you also have problems navigating the application? Do comment with us in the space below if it is also normalized or if it continues to show defects.
