Mandalorian season 3: when is the new season coming?
Season two of The Mandalorian premiered in October 2020, so the third season seems a long time in the making. Mandalorian Season 3: What Will the Show’s Storyline Be?
Luke Skywalker took Grogu to Jedi training at the end of the second season, and a post-credits clip teased Boba Fett’s show. At first, it looked like the bounty hunter’s single program would tell a very different story. In the last few episodes, however, the focus has been on: Mando and Grogu† After rejecting Luke’s instruction and returning to his armored space father, the two were reunited.

As in the season finale, after assisting Mando in rescuing Grogu from the Imperial Remnant, a post-credits scene reveals Boba’s next move: gaining dominance in The Criminal Underworld of Tatooinewhich sets the stage for the spin-off series Boba Fett’s book.

In the sixth episode of that season, Ahsoka Tano used the Force to contact him and realized his real name is Grogu† Raised in the Jedi Temple on Coruscant before being hidden after the Empire wiped out the Jedi in Revenge of the Sith, he has hidden his abilities to stay off the bad guys’ radar in the decades since.
The Imperial Remnant sought him out to use his blood to produce Force-strong creatures. However, it is not known whether this is for Moff Gideon’s personal gain, or whether Gideon deliberately serves such a reborn Palpatine or accidentally carries out the orders of the hidden emperor.
In the conclusion of Season 2, he traveled to be guided in the way of the Force with Luke Skywalker, but in the finale of The Book of Boba Fett he rejoined Mando.
Mandalorian Season 3: Who’s Coming Back for the New Season?
Peter Pascal will reprise his role as Din Djarin, the main Mandalorian on whom the entire show is based, as part of the official release announcement. Katee Sackhoff, who plays Bo-Katan Kryze, has been confirmed to play. She revealed that the avatar has “unfinished business” during the Star Wars Celebration announcement panel.
