Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's clues on what their baby girl's name could be

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will soon be welcoming their new addition to the family and people are excited

The couple broke with tradition when they announced their son’s name as Archie in May 2019.

This time around, the bookies have some more traditional royal names as favorites.

The favorite so far is Philippa, a tribute to Harry’s grandfather Prince Philip, who passed away in April.

Ladbrokes currently has Philippa behind Diana at 3/1, a fitting tribute to Harry’s mother Princess Diana at 5/1.

Other popular options for the bookmakers are Elizabeth and Isabella.

But the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have previously talked about girl names they love, which makes people wonder if any of them could be on the list.

While Meghan carried Archie in 2019, a seven-year-old girl asked the couple if they would consider naming the baby Amy.

Meghan reportedly told her it was a “really pretty name,” adding, “I like it. We have to think about it. “

On the same day, Harry also reportedly made a note of how to spell the name Lily after meeting a little girl by that name.

A royal birth is traditionally announced by a brief declaration in the forecourt of Buckingham Palace.

But as the couple will welcome their new baby in the US, it is believed that they will announce the good news themselves.
