A mother of two died after undergoing liposuction surgery, which allegedly injuries were “more typical of the outcome of a knife fight”.

Sara Gomez, 39, visited the private Clinica Galna in Cartagena, Spain on December 2nd to undergo the £ 4,800 procedure.

The cosmetic treatment is designed to remove both fat and cells to prevent more from being formed.

Sara is said to have told the doctor before the operation that she had already undergone this procedure.

Then she was allegedly told that there would be no problems.

After the five-hour procedure, the surgeon reportedly told Sara’s family that “everything went well,” but that they had lost a lot of fluids and they were working to stabilize her.
