New patent from Samsung: Music experience underwater

Samsung has received a new patent to watertight claim of the galaxy buttons series a few steps further.

After having great success in the wireless headset market with the Galaxy Buds Series, Samsung has signaled the future with a new patent that makes us excited this time. Wireless headphones lagged a bit as wearable technology products became usable underwater. This is apparent from Samsung’s new patent application; Soon we can listen to music under water.

Underwater music experience possible with new Galaxy Buds

Some of the best wireless earbuds on the market are waterproof. Even if we look at the middle level, we see water resistance, although it is not very assertive. Samsung’s new headphone design lets you listen to music underwater without having to spend a few thousand dollars out of your pocket. You can listen to your favorite songs while swimming in the pool, thanks to this new design that is completely focused on the underwater experience.

Waterproof Galaxy Buds patent

in the new Galaxy Buds patentIn addition to the headset itself, we also see a neck brace. When you put this neckband on both earbuds, they magically become more waterproof and won’t disappear under water either. This simple yet magical solution can also be effective for signal amplification. Because if you use a wireless headset underwater, it is not nice to disconnect.

Still, it would be unreasonable to expect this feature in the next generation galaxy buttons. Samsung often takes out patents it will never use and is content to just keep them. Also, listening to music underwater is not something most of us do. The benefit of such an innovation will probably only be for boaters.
