The appearance of the OnePlus Watch was finally revealed this Friday (19). Unbox Therapy exclusively released the first render of the Chinese manufacturer’s smartwatch in a Twitter post.
At first glance, the model has a design very similar to an unpretentious wristwatch. The absence of “more futuristic” lines should therefore divide the opinion of enthusiasts of this model gadget.

Some details of the OnePlus Watch’s specifications leaked online this week. Presumably, the smartwatch has a housing of 46 mm with an IP68 certificate for water resistance and dust resistance.
The smart watch also has some of the traditional features of the category such as sleep monitoring, stress, blood saturation and heart rate. In addition, it can automatically detect the workout performed by the user.
One of the main differences of the OnePlus Watch is the Warp Charge technology. According to the information, it makes the battery last a week with just 20 minutes of charging.
On the other hand, some rumors suggest the wearable won’t run Google’s Wear operating system. Following Samsung and Huawei, the brand must choose to use its own operating system.
Official announcement next week
Until now, the price of OnePlus Watch has not yet been announced by OnePlus. In addition, there is no information on whether the smartwatch will have smaller versions – something that should be discarded due to the model’s dimensions.
These details will certainly be released during the official announcement of the OnePlus Watch. Scheduled for March 23, 2021, the event will take place from 12 noon (Brazilian time) with broadcast on OnePlus’ official channel on YouTube.
