Prince Harry could stay in UK for Queen's 95th birthday

Prince Harry could not return to his pregnant wife Meghan Markle for a few more days.

It’s the Queen’s 95th birthday on Wednesday, an occasion Harry probably wouldn’t want to miss.

The Duke of Sussex was supposed to fly back to Meghan on Saturday afternoon right after the funeral of his grandfather Prince Philip.

But now it’s believed he could stick around for the birthday party, which gives him more time to heal potential rifts within the family after he and Meghan conducted an explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey.

A source told The Sun that he left his return flight to Los Angeles open.

They added, “If all goes well, he could stay for the queen’s birthday.”

Meghan Markle was unable to attend the funeral because she is pregnant with the couple’s second child.

The more than 5,000 mile trip was ruled out by her doctors.

But Harry left the service and spoke to brother Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton.

It was the first time since the Oprah interview that Harry said William and Prince Charles were “trapped”.

There was also reportedly tension between the brothers over Meghan’s comments that the Duchess of Cambridge made her cry before their royal wedding.
