Prince William is “very upset” at the claims made by his disturbing Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, friends of the Royals.
Feelings for the Duke of Cambridge are “still raw” after the Oprah interview in which Meghan and Harry dropped bomb after bomb on the royal family.
During the interview, Meghan claimed it was Kate Middleton who made her cry before their wedding – not the other way around, as reported in the press.
Then Harry later added that he felt that he and William were on “different paths”.
A former palace assistant said William, 38, missed his little brother.
A former palace assistant told this Sunday Times: “When he was over the anger at what had happened, he was left with his brother’s absence.
“They shared all about their life, an office, a foundation, meetings most days and lots of fun along the way. He will miss it forever. “
A friend of Prince William reportedly said, “It’s still raw. He’s very upset about what happened, even though he’s absolutely determined that he and Harry’s relationship will heal in time.”
Gayle King, who is friends with the Sussexes and Oprah, told CBS This Morning viewers that Harry spoke to William and Prince Charles after the interview aired.
She claimed the talks were “not productive”.
There remains a lot of interest in the interview – and the remaining 90 minutes of invisible footage.
A TV industry source told the Sunday People, “The original show was the UK’s biggest show of the year to date and has been bought by companies around the world.
“Showing more of it would be a guaranteed rating winner.
“Oprah’s production company knows they’re on a gold mine, so a deal is possible.”
