Are you expecting an Easter card or maybe even an egg in the mail?
Holiday weekend is just around the corner, and if more of us turn to online delivery during the lockdown, will you get the delivery you’ve been waiting for?
Royal Mail has confirmed that there will be no collections or deliveries on Good Friday (April 2nd) or Easter Monday (April 5th).
However, there will be a normal postal service on Saturday 3rd April.
The postal giant said the priority mailbox collections for the holidays and Easter for the return of COVID-19 test kits will continue to run.
The pick-up times are as follows:
Fri April 2nd: Pick-up times on Sunday (NI, Wales and England)
Sa April 3: Normal weekend pick-up times (throughout the UK)
April 4th: Sunday pick-up times (throughout the UK)
Monday April 5th: Sunday pick-up times (throughout the UK)
Royal Mail is a partner in the government’s coronavirus testing program and collects ready-made test kits from priority mailboxes or from home.
