About 100 civilians were evacuated from the rubble of the Mariupol Steel Plant. The last Ukrainian soldiers still being held at the facility say more civilians are trapped. A Ukrainian deputy commander says there are about 20 children and hundreds of other adults. It is still unclear where the evacuees, escorted by the UN and the Red Cross, will end up. Russia says they have been taken into Russian-controlled territory and those who wish to leave can do so.
