White House chief of staff Mark Meadows tests positive for Covid-19

Mark Meadows, President Donald Trump’s chief of staff, was diagnosed with the corona virus, a White House official confirmed on Friday evening.

Meadows appeared at campaign headquarters with the President and advisors on election day and was at the White House that evening with the President and his family.

It was unclear when he was diagnosed. Meadows has been tested regularly after being on Trump’s side while the president recovered from the highly contagious virus last month.
