A woman was charged with public disorder following an incident during Prince Philip’s funeral in Windsor.
A 55-year-old Surrey woman will appear in court on Monday.
An incident occurred shortly after the 3 p.m. minute’s silence in Windsor, BerkshireLive reports.
A Thames Valley Police spokesman said: “A woman was charged yesterday (17/4) in connection with a public order incident at the funeral of HRH The Duke of Edinburgh Prince Philip.
“Marissa Scott, 55 years old, of Alderstead Lane, Merstham, was charged this morning (18/4) of causing public order harassment, alarm or distress.
“The charges relate to an incident just after 3pm near Windsor Castle.
“Scott will appear in Slough Magistrates’ Court on June 10th.”
