An American Animated Television Series – Young Justice’s producer Greg Weisman revealed several updates regarding the production of the upcoming season 4 of Young Justice.
There was little, if any, news about the future after the release of the Season 3 finale in August 2019. But now fans will be thrilled with the details about Season 4 coming in.
Major updates to Young Justice Season 4 of Season 4
* The title of the fourth season of Young Justice: PHANTOMS.
* Greg Weisman, co-producer and co-developer of the series, confirmed the scripts for 23 episodes have been completed so far.
* He also replied that 24 scripts are now ready and that the voice recording process is underway in a fan survey on Twitter.
* He also confirmed that 20 episodes were shot in full and 3 more in part.
As an animated show, Young Justice doesn’t face similar hurdles to other DC TV shows. Weisman said that the transition from working from home, be it preproduction, script writing, design work, or the storyboard, was indeed successful. Yet the actual plan regarding the animation process has not yet been revealed.
Initially, the first season which debuted in 2010, and the second season of Young Justice: Invasion in 2012 aired on Cartoon Network.
But after the cancellation by the previous broadcaster network, it was bought back by the streaming service DC Universe. And the third season was finally released in 2019.
Now, the DC universe is making sure that the fourth season since July 2019 is underway. On September 18, just days after the upcoming season’s title was announced, it was announced that the show is moving to HBO Max due to the transfer of the remaining DC Universe original programs to the new channel.
The fourth season of Young Justice: Phantom’s premiere date has not yet been announced, but it will certainly be streaming on HBO Max soon.
