Two men opened fire on each other Thursday afternoon in a wild shooting in broad daylight in the Bronx, captured on surveillance cameras.
The gunman exchanged several rounds in the middle of the street, according to police, as cars drove along East 164 Street near Grant Avenue at about 4:15 p.m.
According to the sound of the shooting, at least five shots were fired, setting off a car alarm on the block.
There were no injuries, police said. But one of the bullets hit the window of a nearby apartment and another hit the windshield of a parked car.
The gunmen were still at large until early Friday.
