Two divers are believed to have died after failing to surface while exploring a wreck off the Cornish coast.
According to HM Coastguard, the two were caught while exploring HMS Scylla, which was sunk in 2004 to create an offshore reef.
A major search off Whitsand Bay was launched to find the divers after the alarm was raised by the crew of their submersible on Friday night, reported Cornwall Live.
A third diver made it to the surface and is undergoing decompression treatment at DDRC Healthcare in Plymouth.
The Coast Guard said their helicopter from Newquay and RNLI lifeboats from Plymouth and Looe and the police were involved in the search.
James Instance of HM Coastguard said, “Our thoughts go with the family and friends of the two missing divers during this difficult time.”
